Refund / Return / Exchange Policies

Refunds : 

  • We accept refunds, in the case where the goods are returned within 3 days and are in their original condition.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (If applicable)
  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing any part for reasons not due to the company’s error.

 

Sale items (If applicable) : 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Returns : 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  • Perishable goods such as food , seed , Supplementary ,medicine and use items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Exchanges (If applicable) :

  • We only replace items if they are defected or damaged from their original manufacturer and not due to misuse.
  • If you need to exchange any purchased item by the same item (if available in stock), just inform us by sending an email or pay us a visit in the workshop.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping cost of the returned items will be deducted from refunds. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the goods.
